Grain is Officially a Living Wage Employer

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially become an accredited London Living Wage Employer, joining the ranks of 12,000 other esteemed employers in the UK! 

Here at Grain, we believe in valuing and supporting our incredible team members. By adopting the real living wage, as recognised by @livingwagefoundation, we’re making a conscious commitment to ensure our employees receive fair compensation that reflects the cost of living in London.

Studies by the Living Wage Foundation show that 62% of employees who received the living wage reported improved relations between managers and staff, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
