Delivery and Returns.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the whole of mainland UK with our standard shipping rate of £45 for large products and £15 for small products. We can ship further afield, so contact us directly for a quote with the product and specs you’re interested in. Please note there may be a surcharge for Northern Ireland shipments.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping for mainland U.K is £45 for our larger products, and £15 for the smaller ones.

Who will deliver my furniture?

We use two different services, depending on the size of your product.

For all small items, we use DPD. With DPD, your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. On the day of your delivery, you’ll get an email to let you know it’s due for arrival. You will also receive a tracking link via email on the day of dispatch.  If you’re not in, a card will be left and you’ll be able to collect your order from your local post office. Please note: packaging won’t be taken away by the carrier.

For larger items, we use a small domestic service, 2MD. Our delivery partners will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery. They usually deliver between 2 and 4 days after dispatch, depending on location. They’ll give you a delivery date and time slot for you to confirm (or reschedule). It’s your responsibility to check that the item(s) will fit through doors and staircases in its packaging before you place your order.  Please make sure that you inspect your item/s before throwing the packaging away.

What packaging do you use?

We source packaging from two sustainability-focused suppliers in Cambridgeshire. The vast majority of our packaging is recycled, and everything is recyclable but the tape and a couple of straps. Some of it is even home-compostable, which is always a bonus!

We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team to let us know that you’d like to organise a return. You can do this through our live chat on-site, or you can call us on 020 3936 9671

Please note that all refunds will carry a returns postage cost and a 10% restocking fee, as all products are made to order and custom sized. This fee allows us to resell returned items and reduce our waste.

Returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging. If not, you will be liable to adequately package your item/s. Please make sure that you inspect your item/s before throwing the packaging away.

We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of misuse not previously mentioned. However, we’re a friendly bunch and really care about how long your furniture lasts, so just call us if you’ve damaged it or if anything has gone wrong with it out of your control and we’ll do everything we can to fix it.

What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the 30 day window, we will refund you via your original payment method. Typically, it takes 8-10 days to process the refund (that’s determined by our bank).

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item at our workshop, we’ll give it a look over. We will then process your refund.
